Our group sessions run on the same world-class imported USA equipment and air-conditioned floors as the rest of the club, so the only thing that changes is the energy in the room. No intimidation. No back row. Just strength, shared.

Every session is led by a coach who scales the work to the level in front of them — first-timer or veteran, the format flexes. Show up, and we'll meet you exactly where you are.
